Shipping & Returns
We only use insured shipping, so the ring is sure to make it to you.
Our rings require an adult signature upon delivery, so please make sure you are providing an address where someone will be present to accept the ring after it’s shipped. White Diamonds is not responsible for any delays or rerouting fees due to an undeliverable address.
Because our rings are hand made specifically for each customer, White Diamonds does not offer returns, exchanges, or in-store credit for any piece.
Although we provide you with an insurance appraisal that you can use to obtain coverage, we do not provide jewelry insurance. We have, however, partnered with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company to provide you with the option of insuring your jewelry with its personal jewelry insurance. Insuring your jewelry with Jewelers Mutual® Jewelry Insurance is quick and easy, and leaves you with a feeling of emotional and financial security.
Yes, White Diamonds offers a variety of financing options to help you purchase the bridal jewelry of your dreams. Contact us for details.
We are committed to selling diamonds ethically and with integrity. We believe it is completely unacceptable to tolerate conflict diamonds and/or human suffering in any way, and we fully support the Kimberley process.
The Kimberley Process ensures that rough diamonds are:
• Exported and imported with a government-validated Kimberley Process certificate stating that the diamonds are conflict-free.
• Transported between signatory countries in a sealed and tamper-proof container.
• Sold with a statement from the seller (known as a warranty) on all invoices, guaranteeing that the diamonds being sold are conflict-free.
