I HAVE MY OWN DIAMOND BUT WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE ONE OF YOUR SETTINGS. CAN YOU SET MY DIAMOND INTO A WHITE DIAMONDS RING?

DO YOU HAVE AN UPGRADE POLICY?

Yes. Any purchased White Diamond can be exchanged for 100% credit towards purchasing another diamond.

DO WHITE GOLD RINGS TURN YELLOW OVER TIME?

Yes, very slightly. In order to give White Gold a pure white color, it is plated with rhodium. This is a standard practice for 14kt and 18kt White Gold jewelry. Over time, the rhodium plating may wear off. When that occurs, the true color of the white gold (a slightly buttery off-white) will appear. We recommend a replating every 1-2 years.

DO YOU INSURE JEWELRY?

Although we provide you with an insurance appraisal that you can use to obtain coverage, we do not provide jewelry insurance. We have, however, partnered with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company to provide you with the option of insuring your jewelry with its personal jewelry insurance. Insuring your jewelry with Jewelers Mutual® Jewelry Insurance is quick and easy, and leaves you with a feeling of emotional and financial security.

DO YOU SELL CONFLICT FREE DIAMONDS?

We are committed to selling diamonds ethically and with integrity. We believe it is completely unacceptable to tolerate conflict diamonds and/or human suffering in any way, and we fully support the Kimberley process.

The Kimberley Process ensures that rough diamonds are:

  • Exported and imported with a government-validated Kimberley Process certificate stating that the diamonds are conflict-free.
  • Transported between signatory countries in a sealed and tamper-proof container.
  • Sold with a statement from the seller (known as a warranty) on all invoices, guaranteeing that the diamonds being sold are conflict-free.
